Healthy rehane ke tarike

Hello dosto- आज  आपको मैं  हेल्थ टिप्स देना चाहता हूँ ...........................health tips...........

1) अगर आप स्वस्थ रहना चाहते हो तो सुभा उठकर एक गिल्लास पानी भूखे पेट itपिये ओर हर रोज  पीते रहे।

2)सुभा उठकर हर रोज एक्सर्साइज करे योगा करे जिससे आपका स्वास्थ्य ठीक रहेगा और आप बिमारी से दूर रहोगे ।

3)सुभा शोच जाना कभी ना भूले ।

4)रात को  कम से कम 7 से 8 घंटे सोये ।

5)रात  को बिना खाना खाये मत सोये ।

6) और हर  रोज कम से कम  100 कदम चले

7) oil खाना कम खाये और फल फ्रूट जादा ले
